I drive around town 35-45 regularly in 5th gear because, well I can and have the came grind/chatter especially under~ 1600 rpm. Zinn has bit of a point, these engines/transmissions weren't designed to be running with a tight, light drivetrain and because of that they can make noise. Because of this I am thinking of swapping my UR pulley to an ATI Damper and perhaps installing a heavier flywheel (currently have fidanza)
